ALL MY LADY FRIENDS WHO ARE 40ISH…… This is for those of us who think we are losing our minds! Who are lost in a place of hormonal disarray and feel like our world is spiraling out of control! Who have others telling us that we “don’t have a grip, can’t see straight” or anything of the sort! Who’s children might be between the ages of 3 to 15. Who think that where you at in life is just not enough!! Ladies… we are not crazy! We are ok! We need to start with ourselves, no, not forget everyone else but include ourselves in who we take care of. Love ourselves enough to come first! We are pre-menapausal! A natural part of life. A journey we will all, please God, travel through. A walk that is not only indescribable, emotionally painful, unidentifiable and lonely but also a git from our Lord. It is an opportunity to grow and become more than we ever imagined! A time for us to release an inner Goddess created by our True God and gifted to each one of us! An opportunity to be more than we could be on our own! SCARY?!?!?!? YES!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t know where to turn? Well I found an Angel sent straight from Heaven to help us all.
